GRUPOGAMBA

two games in development

GRUPO GAMBA

A very small studio making games about bad decisions, and numbers that go up until something goes wrong.

hi guys

WALTER'S MART

Co-op survival. Bring four people you trust and are okay with losing

you'd only ask questions

walter is not ready to be perceived

who is doug

Close crop of Doug's face lit by a red lamp.
doug, rendered at whatever resolution he felt like that day

Doug is a dog. Probably. He has about nine polygons and none of them are structural.

He sells you stuff from a folding table. He does not explain the stuff. When the background changes colour he does not mention it, and when the screaming starts he keeps his hands where you can see them, which is somehow worse.

Doug is important.

“q for hed. e for tale. space for slipy.”— doug, explaining everything he knows

the studio

GRUPOGAMBA is small. Smaller than you're imagining. We develop and publish our own stuff, which means every bad idea in these games survived exactly zero meetings.

what we make

Games that look like they were rendered on a machine that owes somebody money. Mechanics that are pushed way further than they should be.

press & creators

Keys and press kit on request, just ask. Streamers and video creators are free to monetise any footage from our games, including anything still in Early Access.

careers

We hire rarely, slowly, and mostly on accident.

open roles

None right now.

We're not currently hiring for a specific position. That changes without much warning, so if you'd want to hear about it, the open application below is the way in.
